Liberty Times’ coverage is discrepant with the fact. Furthermore, based on administrative ethics, this office should notify Ministry of Justice the investigation process of a specific case by presenting only the content of the press release after it was finalized, so it is not a violation of investigation independence. 　　Secondly, the prosecutor conducting this case has never said any word like the headline on today’s China Times.
