General Information
The Personnel Office has a chief officer and three officers.
Work and Functions
Proposing and processing employment and dismissal, rank accreditation, promotion, award and punishment, survisors’ relief, pension, relief of duty with pay for staff members.
Preparing the evaluation of job performance, grading, attendance, and training.
Applying to the Ministry of Justice for issuing service medals and selecting model public servants.
Making personnel surveys and statistics.
Registering overtime work, field trips, and on-duty service made by staff members.
Issuing service certificates and preparing ID cards.
Processing National Health Insurance and other subsidies.
Relaying call-up orders to military reservists.
Conducting recreational activities.
Handling affairs handed down by the higher-up.
