If the case has transferred from the police to the Prosecutors Office, it will be assigned to a prosecutor approximately ten days later. The complainant or the defendant may produce his or her ID card with the following relevant documents and contact our Service Center in person.

(1) If the case has been transferred by the police, please inquire the police about the date of transfer, document number and name of the defendant.

(2) For written complaints filed directly to the prosecutor’s office, please state the

filing date, and the name of the defendant.
