When conducting criminal investigation, the police can put alert on suspicious bank account. After the criminal case ends, people can bring the written ruling of non-prosecution, deferred prosecution, or court ruling to the government organization which put the alert in the first place and apply for the removal of the alert. The organization will send the official letter to the bank. If you cannot find the written ruling of non-prosecution, deferred prosecution, or court ruling, you can apply to the court or prosecutors office for reissuance.
