When the final decision of a court ruling, or a prosecutor’s final ruling for non-prosecution, is made, the defense attorney can apply for case file examination if he or she considers filing the motion for retrial, extraordinary appeal, or setting the case for trial. If the application is in accordance with “The Code of Case File Examination for Attorneys”, we will inform the attorney to examine the case file.
