Within 10 days after receiving of the written ruling of non-prosecution, a complainant may, through the original prosecutors to the chief prosecutor for the superior Court or Prosecutor General, make an application in writing for reconsideration of the ruling, setting forth his or her reasons for dissatisfaction. If the application for reconsideration is dismissed as groundless and the complainant disagrees, he or she may, within 10 days after receiving of the written ruling of the dismissal, retain an attorney to make an application in writing, to the concerned court in first instance, for setting the case for trial.
